Shipping Policy

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. Please be reminded we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

Order Tracking

We will email you a confirmation letter of your order details after payment received. A tracking number will be sent to you via email within 48 hours after the package ships. Simply click on the link in the email to track your package, or track from 'Track Order Details'.

Shipping Rate & Time Frame

Most orders will ship within business days unless otherwise noted within the product description (backordered products / pre-sale products). For more shipping information, please see the table below.
  • The delivery time does not include the processing time of business days
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO)
  • The shipping charges only cover the postage cost and do not cover any additional customs duty
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to COVID-19 or custom clearance issues.

Backordered Items / Pre-sale Items

We will ship backordered/pre-sale items as soon as they are in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
Unfortunately, we do not currently support split shipments, so if your order contains backordered or pre-ordered items, your order will not ship until all items are in stock.

Customs Fees

Depending on your country, some packages may be subjected to additional customs fees which the buyers are responsible for. Please be reminded we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that your package may be subjected to.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has been lost after being shipped, and you have been charged for the items, we will assist in finding or promptly replacing your purchase.
A package should be considered lost if:
  • It shows as delivered to the wrong location
  • It shows as delivered to you more than 3 business days ago
  • It is 'stuck' in the tracking system for more than 5 business days
